The Tucson OHO has six Administrative Law Judges (ALJ’s).  They are:

Pete Baum

Charles Davis

Yasmine Elias

Laura Havens

Larry Johnson

George Reyes

Tucson OHO is lucky to have an excellent group of ALJ’s. They each approach their cases in different ways. This is one of the reasons why it is so smart to hire a local attorney for your Social Security disability case.

You can read reviews and learn more about each of these judges at www.disabilityjudges.com You owe to yourself to do some research on the ALJ who will hear your case.  Bear in mind, however, that the reviews tend to skew negative because it is the angriest people who take the time to write reviews. A local attorney can always give you more insight than any webpage of reviews.
